Fun Fact: I’m part of a family farm collective that owns a beautiful avocado orchard just north of Auckland! It’s the perfect blend of work and play—helping out on the farm and then soaking up the vibrant atmosphere at summer markets, where I sell our fresh produce and connect with customers. I’m passionate about all things avocado and love experimenting with new, avocado-inspired recipes in the kitchen!
