Our team of virtual assistants each uphold your confidentiality and are vested partners in the success of your business. More than task-tickers, they work as a team to deliver value while taking those items that aren’t a good use of your time … from your to-do list to theirs.
I love to volunteer! I have spent time in Thailand and Cambodia working with disabled children and child trafficking victims. I also love to foster dogs!
My experience is varied; from hospitality to farming, reception, administration, sales, banking, and bookkeeping. I gained a Bachelor of AgriScience at Massey University in 2013, and more recently completed the Certificate in Xero and Xero Payroll. I am driven to help businesses succeed in their field by keeping the admin and books organised, and up to date.
I am a singer at heart and have successfully competed in Europe and Asia with New Zealand Choirs. I currently sing with, and am a founding member of an Auckland chamber choir, Luminata Voices.
I have a passion for all things marketing & social media. I studied a Bachelor of Communications at Massey University and after completing my degree I jumped straight into marketing for 4 shopping centres across New Zealand which was challenging, but exciting!
Writing is my passion whether it’s PR related, social media captions or blog posts and I love designing websites in my spare time. I am very organised, efficient and thorough.
I love living in the beautiful windy Wellington with my husband and baby boy, Tommy which keeps me nice and busy (which is good because I cannot sit still!).
Starting in luxury hotels I’ve worked in various roles throughout these organisations, specialising in event management. Eventually I came home to Northland and was lucky enough to work in the economic development field as an EA, before moving to a project management role in the agricultural sector. Learning new skills is important to me, as is good variety throughout my day.
Above all, I’m dedicated to the task at hand and enjoy helping others achieve their goals – something I believe is important in an assistant.
I’m a mum to two rascals, one 7 and the other 1. In my downtime I like to potter around in my ceramics studio, devour a good book with a glass of wine or head away for a family adventure in the caravan.
I have far too many years to mention of banking and finance experience and thrive on getting clients “sorted”. System organisation and having the satisfaction of decluttering makes me happy.
In my other life I am a Funeral and Marriage Celebrant. Privileged work that makes my heart sing for the happy times and gives comfort when supporting families through the tough times.
To relax and keep balanced I’m a gym goer (no lycra please), nordic walker and love to cycle the beautiful local Nelson cycle trails.
Organisation of business processes and procedures as well as bookkeeping is my passion. It is something to do with finding patterns and being detailed orientated that allows a challenge of problem solving and organising chaos. My biggest sense of achievement comes from being part of wins of the clients I work with.
I love a good book and a glass of red wine. I have a slight addiction to Op shops, a bargain follows the good book and glass of vino!
My work background is quite diverse which has given me a range of skills in administration, data entry and transcription and I see myself as somewhat of an organisational guru! I enjoy the ‘boring’ tasks that often clients dread. I love to learn, I embrace challenges and outside the box thinking.
I’m a full on Hare Krishna devotee, follow a meditation practice, and lived at a temple in France for two years where I spent most of my time chanting, gardening and teaching English.
I have had a variety of roles throughout my working life which has given me a broad skill set from administration and event management to helping set up a new business and supporting a 7 piece senior management team. I have a fantastic eye for detail and I’m very organised.
I have a really eclectic personality. I love reading genealogical mystery novels, crocheting and listening to Vera Lynn but I also enjoy a good boxing session, dancing ballet on stage and listening to hip hop. I also never say no to a good chocolate brownie!
